The bees are swarming the hummingbird feeders again. It's amazing to watch them work together to get a bee guard off and then start emptying it. Unfortunately for them, the BBQ is right below one of them and at least 5 Kamikazed onto the grill next to the pork steaks last night.

I haven't seen any at all this year down south of you. But I hate driving through central Florida where it seems like the truck must get coated with couple pounds of love bugs an hour that are a pita to clean off.

I learned that, putting a coat of "Johnsons" baby oil will keep them from sticking to your car helps. Doesn't stain or hurt the paint. Has to be Johnsons though. It works for me.

Have to edit in, they will still stop up your radiator, and condensor.

Haven't seen any in Southwest Florida yet this year. Are they starting early?

I've seen them looks like there starting early. Nasty little critters It's about that time usually around end of September rite after the first change of weather. You can be driving down the highway come into an open area and see a dark foggy cloud in front of you run through that and you car and windshield are splattered. Oh and if you don't clean it in a day or 2 it start to eat the paint.

Nasty critters twice a year late spring & early fall.
