Man this is why courts get so over crowded and the police I mean it is comical until you consider the amount of time it took to do the extra paperwork at a supposed living wage. I really think the whole thing stinks to high heavens.

I can't imagine that the charge will ever get filed....most District/County Attorneys barely file serious charges, let alone one for dropping a small load.
