What shape is it

Is there a correct name for slimline pens with a fat middle. the ones I turned today went from .335 at the center bands to .455 at the middle of the barrel then back to .335 at the nib and finial

I think that is called the middle-aged spread pen. []

common name is wasp-waisted, for single barrel pen some call it a pregant pen

Sounds like the Streamline pen. Are the tubes longer than standard slimlines?

How about the spare-tire-style if it's a male pen and the more-realistic-than-a-super-model-proportioned style if it's a female pen? Of course that does mean you have to figure out a way to figure out if your pen is male or female, and I don't know if you can tell that by looking and I'm not really sure where you'd look![}][}]
