That's a nice simple but sleek design. I would also like to know. I really like that the cap and body are the same diameter. It might be a kitless pen, I don't recall a kit with a matching cap and body OD. Sorry I can't help.

It's not an exact match but Rizheng (penkitsmall.com) has a Conservative pen kit that is close. The clip is a little different. It comes in a rollerball and a fountain pen.
The clip on the one you show reminds me of some Dayacom kits. It's similar to the clip on a long clicker.

I'm guessing it's a modified pen kit or individual purchased parts from China.
It's bottom is similar to the Mirage but the clip is more like a jr gent ball point and with the lower part of the center band used without the two top rings.
