Could somebody tell me what the difference is between a round nose scraper and a versa chisel, please ?

I do not own one but if I had to guess the angle would be the only real difference.
A scaper would have about a 70 degree angle I would guess that this tool by the way they describe the use would be anywhere between 60 degrees to maybe as low as 30 for the angle. Just a guess though.

I think the versa chisel has a bevel on both sides like a swew. It's just very short on the top so it performs more like a scraper.
