what sharp really means.
within 1/64th inch is acceptable in anything but pens, for those you think thousandths.
CA does not stick to waxed bushings or some plastics
bushing made from some plastics are great for doing CA finishes. see above
Micro mesh really works, for a long time.
you can't get a pen to shiny but have stolen several ways to try.
A clear stand is great for displaying pens.
A set of transfer punches makes a complete and cheap set of disassembly tools.
you can remove a transmisson without damaging it
corn cobs and pine cones will make pens

Here is what I have learned from the IAP.

I have learned lot's of little secrets over the years and have truly appreciated the fact that members were willing to assist me in my quest.

Yet....I have also learned that the most important thing is to share with everyone anything that I discover as the music is playing and the saws are running.

So....I guess what I have learned the most, is that sharing is a blessing that is the most important thing that I can provide.

I have learned that the vast majority here are some of the best people. I have personally met quite a few and the generosity shared by everyone can't be found in other places.
