This wet stuff fell out of the sky last night and this morning. Kind of scary. Don't know what to call it though.

I Googled it and found out it is called rain? It supposedly falls from the sky. Quite often in some areas and very little in others. It also stated that in the South West this type of phenomenon is call a summer monsoon. Again Googling the phenomenon it is not the same as a monsoon in Asia. Where I live we get about 17-20 inches of this stuff, mainly in November, December, January and February. Funny thing is if I travel to the East from my location it turns white and get cold.

Ain't Google wonderful?

It seems that if you have to much you have problems and if you have very little you have problems. Maybe congress should hold hearings. Oh! this far to complicated for them. We will just have rely on Google or Snopes.

Yeah. I heard one time Congress assumed control of the Sahara desert. There was a shortage of sand within 6 months.

Whatever you call it the stuff just makes the brown, dusty ground turn green and then we have to trim that to avoid losing sight of our houses, cars, kids, and the pets. Oh yea, and the husband/wife for those that have them too.

Got worse today big loud noises and a few bright lights.

After the first big rumble my 6 year old shot across the living room, closed the door and ran back to the table. We all looked at him strangely and he said it interrupted his thinking.

Rain? Humph. I don't buy it. I think someone's water line ruptured causing the road to flood.
