Weird computer error

Any computer geeks here? I've been getting this weird error when I try to run my photo editing program, PhotoScape. I was going to uninstall and reinstall PhotoScape, but I get the same error when I try to uninstall. And I just got the same error when I tried to load Revo. Any ideas?

I would look in the Application Event Log to see if the error messages there give any more detail.

But - if you aren't used to doing this, any information found there could be just as mystical as the message in the pic you posted.

I've seen this error when I didn't have the Microsoft C++ Runtime library installed for a program that was compiled using it. Maybe try to download and install the C++ runtime? - Dave
