The man apparently can't even pronounce his own name; there's no guessing what he might drive. <G>

His family should have considered a name change--you can pronounce it Wine r with a long i and it sounds just like whiner.

So, instead he picked WEEner.

I got a kick out of the report from a woman in Las Vegas that said his communications were "lewd" and she knew that for certain, because they had exchanged 70 notes one evening.

At what point did she decide this was lewd???
10, 20, 68?????

The radio guys said they had the text of the communications, but they could not read even ONE over the air.:eek::eek:

HHHHHmmmmmmmm-----maybe she's a little slow???

"Weiner" (= "of wein" = "of wine") is correctly pronounced "viner" and probably was at one time. No doubt his family chose to sound less German.

It didn't work. <G>

"Wiener" (= "of Wien" = "of Vienna") is correctly pronounced "veener" but being Americans we sound W as W rather than as V. :-)

In his case, I think it's pronounced "Putz"

He's an embarrassment and a failure as a leader.

Where has the moral fabric of our great nation gone?

The Roman's went the same way we appear to be headed.

Perhaps it will enter the national lexicon as a politician disgracing themselves, as in "I wonder if Sarah Palin's going to pull a Weiner?"

Yep, unfortunately. I'm scared that if we don't hope off this road, we'll implode just like them... In my generation it's very possible. The very last moral America will have is "acceptance".
