On January 7th 2017 I decided it was time to lose some weight. I was  270 at the time. Today marks the 18 month anniversary. I stepped on the  scale this morning and weighed in at 185 pounds. Basically the only  thing I gave up was soda's and sugar. I also walk a mile 3 days a week  and do DDP Yoga every morning before work. I still eat whatever I want,  but eat small portions.

And for those wandering I was size XXXl and 44 waist before. I'm now XL and 35 waist
