Webinar? Video Conferencing?

I would like some information about what it takes to to host a webinar, video conference, or whatever it is called when a bunch of people log-on to a specific site to be "instructed" by someone else. If you have any experience in this please shoot me a PM. I'd like to ask you some questions.
