After May and early June sales, it is back to replenishing our stock. These will pass through the drum sander and router in a few minutes. There is definitely more to sales life than just pens.

So you run yours through a planet, also, Mark, or do you do all of your sizing with the drum sander?
The large, thick one goes through a planer with Shelix cutters (super smooth) then through 180 grit on the drum sander. The smaller 12x11 and 8x6 ones get 60 grit, 150 and 180 through only the drum sander. It works!

After trimming all sides I route the edges and sand with 150,180, 220 and 320 with a palm sander.
