Read the directions and experiment.

Print it out on regular paper first to make sure it is what you want.

There is no right or correct answer to your questions other than what you like best.

I have used it many times and found that it is easy to use. I use bold print in various sizes depending on the pen type. Print , spray with clear acrylic, let dry and transfer to your pen. Let sit for and hour or so and start your finish. I do mine in CA and have had very good success.

"Can you send the Sam sheet through numerous times if you only use a inch square of a full sheet?"

I've done that many times by just taping it to a full size sheet. I use dbl sided tape but carpet tape not turners tape. The carpet tape you can get at Ace and it's not as "strong" as turners tape making it easier to pull apart..

I assume you are talking ink jet printer? Use whatever font and font size works for you. Make sure you let the decals dry a couple hours before spraying theim. Don't overdo the spray. The more spray you put on, the thicker the decal gets and the harder ii is to make it disappear on the pen.

You can run the sheet through as many times as you want. I usually just change my paper size to whatever size is left. I haven't tried the double sided tape, but it should work as long as the edges dont curl up and jam the feed.

If you are using a laser printer, the rules are slightly different.

Hope this helps.

I have used lasertran waterslide paper. Works good, you don't need a spray to fix the ink. It dries with a white background and an oil based poly will change that to clear. Read the directions and experiment.

I print what I need then using a paper cutter slice off what is printed and then just run the rest of the sheet through the printer (ink jet)

As someone else mentioned print on plain paper and resize until you are happy then print on the decal paper.

I used the 8.5 x 11 sheets of decal paper and use PowerPoint for layout and printing. Make sure paper is set to portrait and I place my decals at the bottom of the page(on your printer the top goes in first) and they will print out at the bottom of the page and leave you a straight edge on your decal paper at the other end. As my decal paper size gets smaller I locate that size area on my PowerPoint and start my layout there. This way you get the most use out of your decal paper. I like using PowerPoint because you can place the decals anywhere on the sheet and you don't have to be concerned with line spacing. Resizing is easy, you can print out on a plain piece of paper and check for size. Hope this helps if not let me know I can explain further.
