Watches

I have a house full of high end watches, but rarely ever wear one anymore. I rely on my iPhone for precise time.

When I do wear a watch, it is usually my Seiko Automatic Perpetual Pilot watch. If it's a "dress up affair", I'll usually wear my grandfather's 1919 Boluvia wristwatch (tiny) or an old Rolex DateJust that looks dressy.

I have always gone with Fossil. Watches last and have a decent warranty program (10 years). Used to have a Citizen that I wore all the time until the salt composition of my body had eaten too much of the band away (I rusted a stainless steel band off one of my Fossil watches).

I wear a fake Rolex when I'm going to be around people that are impressed by such things. Picked it up in Tijuana over 20 years ago. It's been the longest lasting watch I've owned.

For dress up occasions and art shows I wear a Watchcraft.
I think they make the best looking watches. www.watchcraft.com

Invicta Pro Diver. Worn continuously for over three years.

And like I saw on an earlier post, all the jewelry (except for the wedding band) comes off when I'm in the shop.

I wear a Fossil 100 Meters. Gift from Susanne. In one of these unpacked boxes there is a Hamilton Railroad Standard pocket watch from my track maintenance days. I favor that one too.
