I am looking for a young and creative woodworker to take over and operate my long established wood/ segmented pen blank small business. I am not offering it for sale. Time for me to do more FISHING !!!!!!, and help someone else to continue on with the craft. The person/persons should have a good knowledge/interest of hand and power woodworking tools., computer and advertising. I am willing to share and teach the methods I use for constructing segmented pen blanks. My shop has plenty of wood and tools. I make checkerboard , Celtic Knot, random segmented, spiral, 360 degree herringbone , 3-6 circle, and diamond/ circle wood pen blanks. The opportunity here is to learn and EXPAND the business ( as required ) . Any interest , please contact me via PM and we can discuss more details.

Yes, distance for travel would be a problem. I am thinking instruction with hands on doing the work.......like in a college lab. However, it should not take a whole lot of time . Someone who could spend a few hours/days at a time here in my shop. Then it just takes practice . Ant ideas/ comments would be appreciated . Thanks for your interest.

I am not interested in hiring anyone. I am retiring and will spend my free time fishing, doing a little furniture construction and some small scale woodturning. Just looking for someone who could continue my business ( and/or combine with theirs ) with my help of guidance / training from my long term experience. I learned most of it on my own . I suppose I could make a bunch of U-Tube lessons , and share those with IAP but I really don't have the time . I have made two tutorials which are in the IAP library . I think there is an opportunity here for someone to continue this small business , and expand as required. Any ideas welcome .
