Wanted Apple iPhone 4.2.1

My wife and I each have a cell phone. Mine got upgraded to an Apple 4.2.1 and love it. I want another one for my wife but cannot afford the price of a new one. If someone is ready to upgrade their phone and get rid of their AT&T Apple 4.2.1, I would like to consider your offer.
