Good job. I use stoppers also, but they are the black ones from Home Depot. What is the diameter of the board to hold the dixie cups?

Not really sure the size. I just pick a forstner bit that would bore a hole big enough for the cup. I keep knocking over the cups and making a mess.

You make it look very easy! Do you do many blanks without Pressure Pots?

Since I do sell a lot of blanks, I use a pressure pot to eliminate all the air bubbles. If I'm doing blanks for myself and I understand I might have a few bubbles to deal with, I cast without pressure. You can be very successful in casting your own blanks without a pressure pot.
