This is part 2 of my kitless Casein fountain pen. I started with the section and this continues on with the body of the pen and what tools are needed. I shot this video before my hand was injured and it goes through the drilling and threading. I don't have turning the body to shape and sanding as I can't do the part until my hand heals up from the dog bite. I didn't intend to show much of the turning and sanding because that is pretty basic and I think if some one is making a kitless pen they probably know how to do it.

Here is the video link: Making the body of a Kitless Casein Pen - YouTube

Thanks for the comments and suggestions on my first video!

Thank you, another thing to remember to explain in my next video. The drill bit does not leave quite enough room for the converter to fit into, the A bit is only about .231 inch and the converters are closer to .250 inch. The ones I have vary between .246 and .252 and a reamer will enlarge that hole. I suppose a 1/4 inch drill bit could be used, too. I had the reamer for a project I worked on several years ago. Reamers have a closer tolerance than a drill bit.

Great video. What do you use the reamer for?
