Hello all. Not sure if this is the proper forum to post this.
Has anyone else have problems with HUT Products?
I placed a $600 plus order to them in Dec. 12. They sent about 2/3 of the order and the rest remained in Back Order. I would have liked to know what was in stock and what not BEFORE confirming my order.
Larry told me on Dec 22 that some items were ready for shipment; others will be after the first of Jan. and the rest until about 8 weeks. My order status shows "Credit Card Approval Required". I have sent 4 mails to him (between DEC. 23 and Jan 7) asking if there is some problem with my CC so I can work it out. I have not received an answer whatsoever.
Anyone knows if there is some kind of problem with them, or is someone here somewhat connected to them?
Please help. I need this material to finish some projects.
