This is a Vertex Click in black enamel, from PSI. The blank is an acrylic Thin Yellow Line, also from PSI. The yellow (or gold) line honors emergency dispatchers. I made this for a friend's father-in-law, who is retiring soon. She chose the kit and the case.

Although I rarely use them, I do have a Nova chuck and pen drilling jaws. But when drilling thin line blanks I use it, to make sure it drills accurately.

I used my normal polishing regimen: 220-600 wet; 3M Zona polishing paper wet; Meguiar's 105 and 205 liquid polishes. But since this blank is predominantly black, I finished it off with Meguiar's #9. Don't know if it made a difference or not, but I'm very happy with the polish.
