I am new to bespoke (kitless) pen turning, I think this was my third or fourth pen I attempted and decided to try a Valentine's Day theme resin pour. It is alumilite slow clear with Mad Mica "flirty", white and a red alcohol dye. The rings are white glitter. I know, I need to work on better presentation..lol

Looks pretty good to me, especially for only your third or fourth pen.

I have yet to work out the rollerball section, so nice work there!

That was the first type I attempted since I am more comfortable writing with a ballpoint or rollerblading. I have some fountain pen assemblies with the needed tap coming today I think from Beaufort Ink. RJB and Rys' pieces have good tutorials on rollerball section, as well as Chad at Turners warehouse.

Very Nice. I haven't made the jump to complete kit-less yet, but I have everything I need. I really like your blank. I've never heard of Mad Mica before, I'll have to look into them. My go-to so far has been Eye Candy. - Dave

Thank you. I don't remember how I heard of them, but I really like their powders. They mix really well, don't clump and they have some awesome colors. I want to try some of Fred's (PTownsubbie) and the eye candy as well. I know Zac likes them and he's made some incredible blanks.
