Yep, the USPS did it real good this time! I sent a 36# box, at a cost of $132 for Priority Mail, of Cactus Juice and a Chamber to a customer in Austria. My customer contacted me with tracking info and low and behold, the package has arrived and cleared customs.....in Australia! I called and started an inquiry and the nice fellow at USPS blamed it on COMPUTERS! I could certainly understand it getting mixed up by HUMANS since Austria and Australia are so close in name but computers? What the heck is the barcode on the label for? He said this happens "frequent enough" that Australia and Austria work well together to get things sorted out and it will take no more than 23 days! So much for paying extra for Priority Mail to get it there in a reasonable time!
