USA colors

If I was making a pen and wanted to put the USA colors on it....In what order does the colors go????

I don't think there is any "official" order. I always think of the order you have, but I have done a number of patriotic pens and many are just a swirl. Some have flags. I honestly don't think it really matters. As long as it honors the USA it is good.

Don't know about the white and blue, but red is usually on the bottom representing the blood spilled on the ground by patriots dieing for freedom.

I'd go with blue on top and red on the bottom as that is how a flag is set up.

I'm nearly possitive that this is a case of significance attributed to something after the fact.
