Just curious if there is a PITH event coming up? I have read about them on here once or twice and want to participate in one.

There should be several throughout the year, but right now we just had one right before the Birthday Bash, plus we have the Bash going on right now ....
We might have one round summer, usually have one in the fall, sometimes one before Christmas too! (with ornaments exchanged as well!)

Welcome to the site Blaine. Glad you found us. Hope you post some of your work. Right now we are in the middle of a Bash party and people are making their pens for various contests. Check them out.
Also maybe give us some insight about yourself and interests in the introduction forum. Post a pen in the SOYP forum and win a chance to get some blanks.
One thing and it goes on all the time. If you see a person whose work you admire you can PM them and ask them if they will exchange with you. No need to wait for a PITH event. Some people will be willing and some are too busy.
