I'm a write-O-holic, always have been.
I'm interested in just about anything having to do with making marks on anything from cave walls to the finest Russian egg. Being an art major has it's downfalls though.
Sadly, I don't write or paint for content anymore mostly for political reasons, but this is irrelevant since I'm now mostly just interested in the act anyway. While exercising my OCD searching for better fountain pens and things related, I discovered a nice blog from a guy who's into inks and well, noodling. "Inkophile" will bring up his site, and it's a very interesting read, especially if you're into inks and why they disrupt the class.
So what else are we missing about this sport of doodling, scripting, scrawling, writing, elephant penmanship or whatever? Are there any interesting sites out there you'd like to pass along to the rest of us? Maybe like this one, the cognitive benefits of doodling:

The Cognitive Benefits of Doodling - The Atlantic I hope we can post links like this, if not, WTH.

This wasn't discussed at the annual Penturner's Anonymous meeting.
