First you take a needle

Then you cut the top part of the eye

There you have it! Just stick the needle in a cross type xacto handle and dip the cut off eye in thin CA. This will pick up only a drop of CA and you have ultimate control over it.

Want more CA, use a bigger needle!

When to much CA gets accumulated, burn it off with a lighter.

Just a little trick I learned in my car modeling years!

I will caution you if you use heat on the CA. If it gets above about 450 deg it offgasses the Cyanide[xx(] which is very bad for you - gas chamber days -

I've been burning off CA for years. I'm not talking about setting a full bottle of CA on fire. Just burning off the drop or two that dried on the needle. I do it at arms length and never put it close to my face.
