U of M Crysler Blanks

I received some of the U of M Crysler Center floor blanks from Keith Byrd and added the Michigan decals. The CA finish did not turn out as well as I'd hoped but still not too bad. I suspect I'm putting on the CA too thick and it's not drying smooth. Practice, practice, practice

Nice looking pens! You did a great job! Decals can be a real pain! When you figure the decal let me know - I have a heck of a time making the edges disappear! In fact I don't think I have ever succeeded!

Very nice pens. I bought some of those blanks too. I'm going to make pens for two of my sons. One is a huge Michigan basketball fan and my second son is a freshman at UofM right now.

Very nice pen. I think you did a great job on the decals and your fit and finish is very good. One day I'll try a decal pan.

Love the use of Significant Blanks with a History or Story close to the user.
I haven't worked with Decals, so I can't give you any words of Wisdom.
But I am sure that someone will share the "Magic Decal Secret".
