I buy the Triton convertible with both options, it screams high end to me. The diamond knurl is a rollerball only for me. While very nice it is a step down from the Triton. I like both: diamond knurl/jr. Gent II sells for $75 with a rollerball while the Triton convertible sells for $125 with fountain and rollerball.
I like the new diamond knurl a lot better than any of the jr. Gent II kits. I think gents are going out of fashion too, even if not I’ll switch to the knurl kits for this price point. The Triton is visibly higher end to me especially the contrasting gold center-band. I guess that statement is hard to quantify, it just is. I buy both from you so you kinda win either way.
Please take no offense as none was intended, just IMO.
thank you Mark!!! When I ask for critique, I really WANT honest critique---it's a PEN--not my kid!!!!
I see thousands at a time, but I don't make them for retail sale--I don't want to compete with you and the rest of my customers! However, that means I don't get retail feedback--I need you all for that---PLEASE be brutal when evaluating my products--that way future products will be BETTER!!
