Two Shaving Brushes

Even though it was 100 degrees in my shop this weekend I couldn't take being away from my lathe any longer. I have a box with just over 30 brush/stopper blanks I've cast and finally got around to using a couple of them. Silmar 41, mix of dyes and mica on the goblet and mica & sparkles for the persian jar. Unfortunately the sparkles don't show at all in the pics but it looks great IRL. The knot hasn't been bloomed on the persian jar but should splay out nicely after cleaning and a few lathers.

I've got a few razor kits, so matching sets will come eventually, along with matching bowls.
