I'm new (40 to 50 pens worth of debris under the lathe)
I loved working with Penn States "bowling ball" material. They no longer carry it and I can't find it under any of the usual suppliers sites---Anyone know of a source?
Also- I continualy read of you guys saying a CA finish: so many coats, on or off the lathe, buffing, polishing yadda yadda yadda
What is a CA finish and how do you do it? I would like a really bright durable glossy shine on some of my woods, acrylics, and the afore mentioned bowling ball material. Thank you to all who can shed some light!
