two new kits + a night in the shop

these came in the mail today, so needless to say i was in the shop tonight.
the first is a bolt action in pewter. not my cup of tea but i know there's a market there and with christmas coming i thought i'd give it a go. i highly recomend the kit by the way. single tube and a 3/8" drill bit. doesn't get much easier than that.
the second is clearly not a pen. the gear shift wine stopper kit. i really like how this one turned out. i think i'll show this one to the neighbor (wife) and suggest it for her husband for christmas. he's a car nut. cocobolo i think.

Bolt action is really good. Tops for sure. Everything matches so well. It should sell very fast. Shifter is also tops. Great job on these.
