Hello folks

here are two boxes that I cast a while ago and have recently turned.

both have silver resin but the first one the pencils were stacked into the mold all facing the same way, the 2nd one I placed the pencils into the mold and rotated each layer 90 degree's to the previous one.

Both are 2 1/2" wide by 2 3/4" tall

I WAS wearing socks just prior to viewing this thread. Then as usual, and no matter how much I tried to keep 'em, you knocked them off. There is never any doubt that I will be impressed by your work; these are no exception. Thanks so much for showing them here!

OM gosh! IMHO that is amazing what a fantastic idea. What an unbelievable workmanship a wonderful Idea. Simply fantastic.

Great work George, no smudging, no transfer, no contamination, no staining, perfect CLEAN surfaces, very well executed and a great way to use colour pencils to make a very colourful jewellery box, amazing stuff, congrats...!

Identical principal to some of my "Kids Resifills" I made some time ago, using coloured ice-cream wooden sticks and coloured wooden match sticks, always a interesting visual effect...!:biggrin:

Cheers
George
