Anyone use these? And if so are they true to size?

I love them, I use several of the different sizes. I do cut off the nub that creates a center point.

They fit into the pipe without any issues? Do they leak?

They fit great. They do not leak. All of these were cast in pvc. The short rainbow used a different cap. All the others used a silicone plug.

These are just the plugs for standard pvc schedule 40 pipe sold in the US.

Correct. They sell out often.
