Trying to identify pen kit

Hi there everybody. I have been given 5 pen kits that have no labelling so I am at a loss trying to identify what type of pen they are. Clues from the parts:

2 rubber o rings
2 barrels different length
black flat top clip
centre piece with one black strip

Can anyone help?

A picture or two of the parts you have plus any labels of the bags they came in would be helpful.

Photos and measurements taken with a dial/digital calipers will get you better guesses.

The field narrows fast comparing tube dimensions with the tables of bushings and tubes available in the library or as an Apple app.

Thank you for the quick replies. None of the part bags are labelled. I will work on photos and tube dimensions. haven't seen a pen kit with o rings.

Been a long time, but o-rings were used to help keep caps from coming unscrewed in pockets with resulting ink stains at the bottom of the pocket.

You did not note the kind of refill or type pen Cross refill vs Parker style refill vs roller ball vs fountain pen.

Photos will usually make that clear.

The old Capri

Some of the older fountain pens used rubber O rings to seal them from leaking. It more than likely is an older kit that you have.
