Trying not to participate in the Corona virus

Couple of friends and and 30 packs just enjoyed the day cooking a pork butt. I wish more people would do this [

As a matter a fact we do the same thing here. Your right it is a great way to spend a day. What could be better than good food and good friends? We have a few rules just to keep it fun. We call it a meat day therefore it has to be all meat. The closest thing to a vegetable is a jalapeño pepper. We allow that only because you need something to hold the cheese so you can wrap it with sausage and bacon. We will also have ribs, brisket and fajitas. Here's a few pictures from the past. The next get together is in a couple of weeks.

Not around here. We pretty much devour everything on the spot. We've found it's easier to clean up that way. Ha Ha
