Looks good to me. It looks like the whole pen is in focus, the color looks right, and I think the lighting looks good. If you want a highlight line, you could adjust the lighting for that. I think they make the pens look shinier. But I think that is a preference thing. I like the prop you used as it's the same material, and blends well. I don't think it takes away from the pen at all. But I think that's a personal preference.
If you wanted to, you might use a white mask in front of the camera so only the lens is uncovered. That should eliminate that black reflection line on the end of the pen. Those reflections only bother me when someone wears a colored shirt like green or red when taking the picture, and stands behind the camera.
