First Triton RB..the fit didn't seem quite right..seemed the cap didn't fit as flush as I thought it should? As always c+c welcome!

You are aware the stop rings are different diameters. The small stop ring goes next to the end cap.

I'm with Mack. It looks like you switched the two rings around. The nib end diameter should be larger than the other end. the blank does look great with the hardware though.

You'd think it would be a 50/50 chance of getting them right even if you didn't pay attention to the instructions:wink:...so much for mathematics:biggrin:

I hate to tell you how I know those are a different size too. Now I am really careful. Nice pen I really like the Triton Kit!

Why not take it apart and switch the hardware.
There is no defined pattern in the blank to match up.
