Crinkled Copper Tape, embossed with a trinity knot
Black wire and armour plates
it looked so good after casting i had to keep it for myself, but i have made a few more which should come out of the mold very soon

Great Pen, and Superb Blanks, Mik.
It has been a while since I viewed so much of your work.
You must be very busy with your Blanks.
It has been most interesting observing your Journey.
Congratulations on your Progress, and Personal Regards,
Brian.

Wow! Those look great! So question if you don't mind...I have seen several people use those "armor plates" to finish off the ends of cast blanks and I am pretty new to casting and was wondering how those are made? They just give a great finished look to these pens!
