Trim Line pencils

I'm looking for ideas on Pen/Pencil sets other than the Trim Line kits. Nothing but problems with the pencil kits and I'm about ready to chuck them all away. So, if you have a favorite kit you don't mind sharing I'd love to give it a shot. Heck, nothing can be worse than the Trim Lines. Thanks in advance.

Sorry I can't help Tom. I've never even bought a pencil kit, for the reasons you've included in your complaint.

Get the Schmidt pencil refill. It will work in any Parker style clicker.

I concur completely. I have used the 0.7mm Schmidt DSM 2006 pencil refills from Exotic Blanks even on twist pens like the Cigar style with great success. They come in 0.5mm, 0.7mm, and 0.9mm however I read somewhere that the 0.9mm has a larger diameter and might not work with all Parker style pens. - Dave

Hi Tom, Like you I quit using slim or trim line pencils. I didn't have any luck with them also. I started using PSI Vertex pen and pencil sets and like them very well. You can check them out and see what you think. I have made several of these all with no problem.
