Hi all, I'm sure there are many that may already be aware of this, but I've just learnt it so I thought I'd post this tip.

If you are like me, and travel a lot on business, you may use the hotel internet. It is usually a rip off price. I just spent a week in London and the hotel only had a crappy dial up connection at 72p per minute ($1.50/min)

When I logged onto the IAP site, I just went back and forth and opened all the topics that I wanted to read ( most of them) then disconnected from the internet.
As long as you have the site still up on your screen you can go back and read all the topics at your leisure. You can't post of course, or open a topic that you haven't already opened when you were still connected.
So in my case, I got hours of reading for just a few minutes cost.
Saved my self more than enough to have a couple of beers in the bar afterwards.[}:)]

Dialup is harsh. I travel a lot and try to do my homework and get a hotel with free high-speed internet. But those are becoming a rare breed.

My step son is a long haul truck driver.. he just bought the Sprint wireless internet connection from them... it's limited to where he can use it, but for a flat rate he gets wireless all over the country. Rates work differently than the phone rates.. no roaming charges in places where Sprint doesn't have towers, but piggy off other towers.
