Thanks for the compliments guys.
I should have wrote first major show this year.
Seems like it's been forever but it's kind of exciting getting back at it.
If anyone is in the Farmington Hills area of Michigan feel free to drop in.

Fantastic job. I made one from solid cherry and it cracked due I think to the hot coffee inside. Since these are segmented I think they may be more stable. I predict you'll have to make some more after the show. Good luck.

Looking pretty good! Mug sales attract a lot of attention. Get ready to sell!
You said Farmington (that's a ways away from Freeland) but didn't say when or where in Farmington.
Make sure you report back on results. Us scardy cats are waiting to hear.
Good luck!

I've never made any solid ones for that reason .
I'm guessing I've made at least a couple hundred and never had a cracking problem.

Thanks.
I'm retired so the wife and I travel around the state doing shows.
Two years ago we did 20 shows with a lot of them being in the Detroit and Ann Arbor area.
This is my first year in Farmington Hills so don't really know what to expect but the people running it seem to be very professional.
The show is in downtown Farmington Hills.
