this is a pen I just finished up, which I made mostly because I wanted to try out this fantastic new material I got 😁. I made the pen from tortoise shell cellulose acetate, and used phosphor bronze for the trim and clip. This one sold before I even started it, as the customer saw the raw material and wanted whatever I made from it.

Can't see the boutique-store pens being any better than that. Beautiful all-around.

Is your endcap attached to the actuator for the converter? I'm fighting the dimensions of my bodies, and that would shorten it to appropriate dimensions. I'm really curious about your technique.

No, this doesn't have a captive converter mechanism. I just drill out the body as little as I can to fit the converter, then make the body about 1/8" longer.
