My wife has been on me to make her a toothpick holder. Every time we're in a restaurant that has individually wrapped toothpicks she'll always grab a couple of extra for when she needs them. On a recent trip to WC for some dust collection pieces she saw the kit and voluntold me to make one. Made her track down the bushings.
Tonight she came out a went through the scrap pieces and chose a piece of resin casted Red Mallee burl that had very little resin that would be seen when turned on to size for a pen. I had used the rest of the blank for a Sierra style pen and this has been laying in the drawer waiting for a reason to put it to use.
