Tool pen kit

Cleaning up in the shop I ran across a Tool Pen kit, 5808/TB. Made these several years ago but now can't locate the instructions for it. Don't remember if I got them from Penn State or Berea (think it was Berea). Anyone have a copy of the instructions they can send me?
This was a good seller when I had them. It has a small phillips screwdriver head, small slotted screwdriver head, mini pen refill, exacto blade and a pair of tweezers. If anyone knows a source for these?

I was cleaning out all of my pen turning supplies and I found a tool kit from Berea it has screw driver bits in it. I do not have the tubes. The parts that go into the brass tube are .373-.375 diameter. Any help on where to find tubing to fit? The tool kit was 5808/TB-HP-1 The bushings were...

Wish I could find these again. They sold well for me the few years I had them.
