Tom in Phoenix that makes spindles

Does anyone know a Tom in the Phoenix area that makes "spindles". I have gotten about 10 phone calls for him and I have no clue who it is.

Pens are (hollow)spindles turned on a mandrel instead of between centers. I get phone calls for a Don Ward who is a gunsmith. When the caller complains about some work that was done, I just tell them to bring it back and I will repair it for free or, yea, I can fix that. Suppose I'll get shot ovet that some day...[][]

How much are they willing to pay for spindles? Would it be worth enough for me to move to Phoenix and change my name to Tom?
