Started out as usual. I woke up before breakfast. Took a walk and going to the next phase. Coffee and Burl. What a great combo. What are you up to?

Gonna take off today for a weeks vacation. Nothing planned other than to kick back and relax. Then once I get home the real work starts.

Gotta do some chores around the house, then volunteer at the food pantry for the afternoon.

Mowing grass every 4 days between rain, just finishing up the basement game room for you son, building a new shop because it's now a game room, and making blanks in the evenings.

Teaching my young turner on pen making. Doing a couple of pens today, Monday was blank cutting, drilling and installing the tubes.

Up in the morning, let the St. Bernard off his sleeping porch to take care of his morning duty while I walked around the block. Back in, made a breakfast burrito and up to the home office to spend the day "Transforming Water, Enriching Lives".

AFTER that, out to the new old shop to continue unpacking and moving and shifting trying to establish some order to the chaos while finishing a shelf for the built in bread box in the kitchen.

My sister in law had a big dog that may have been part Saint Bernard... he slobbered terribly... SIL always said he had "Loose Flues"....

I can still see the marks on the hallway walls where Rufus shook his head and slobbers went almost all the way to the ceiling. Even repainting didn't completely cover them!
