Tips For Turners-Looking For A Thread

Not too long ago, there was a thread here asking folks to post their top 3 or 5 or 10 best tips for turning pens. IIRC, it was supposed to be aimed toward new pen crafters; but I'm fuzzy on that. If anyone remembers that thread and can post a link to it, I would be grateful. I have searched; but apparently with the wrong key words as I haven't been able to turn up the correct thread. Thanks for any help.
