Tips for Mini style pens

Does anyone know where I can find the small tips used on kits like the PSI Credit Card & Clip On pens?

I have everything else that I need to make the type of mini pens that I have in mind except the tips and I don't want to buy full kits just to get the tips.

I should have mentioned that I'm looking for both gold and chrome tips. So far, I've only been able to find gold ones on ebay. I'll order some of those if I can't find chrome tips somewhere, but I was hoping to be able to buy some of each from one source.
 
WnW definitely does not sell the small tips. They do have the mini refills and the mini refill guides (only place I've been able to find those so far), but they confirmed to me that they do not have the small tips available.

As far as I can tell, BTW does not even sell any of the mini pen kits, let alone any of the component parts - including refills.

I appreciate the suggestions, but I've perused all the usual suspects. I'm really looking for a definite source of these tips that I might have missed or don't know about.

John, unless I'm missing something, BTW only has stylus tips. I'm looking for the mini ballpoint tips that do press into a 7 mm tube but are about half the size of standard slimline tip and are drilled for the mini refills. Gold ones are available on ebay but I haven't been able to find them in chrome anywhere.

I use these. For about $1.75 (depending on where you buy and the quantity you buy), you get a Cross type mini refill, a transmission, a nib, a fenial AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, the threaded mini refill adapter.

The Cross type mini refills I've found are about a buck apiece, AND trying to buy the threaded mini refill adapter as a stand alone product is EVEN HARDER than finding the mini nibs.

Since this works on a standard tranny and 7mm tubes, you can use 10 inch replacement tubes to make these as long or short as you want. You can use the with slim, comfort or trimline center bands and with any 7 mm clip.

This set REALLY sets you free to make whatever you want, from 3 inch long pen to 13 inch long pen.

Glen, unless I am misreading Ed's post, he is looking for a mini pen NIB in chrome- NOT a stylus tip.

The regular slim nibs "wobble" with a mini refill installed. The 24K gold mini nibs used to be plentiful on eBay, but I've never seen them as a "stand alone" product in a chrome finish.

That's the reason I buy the cheap mini bullet chrome kits and cannibalize them.
 
Andy, you're exactly right & your approach is my fallback for the chrome tips if I can't find them as stand alone parts. So far that looks like the case, I just wanted to be sure I wasn't overlooking a source somewhere.

The mini refill guides used to be hard to find but now Wood Whimsies & at least 2 eBay suppliers carry them. I've only found the gold mini tips at one eBay supplier & he is going to check with his supplier about possibly adding chrome, but I don't know if he's getting enough requests for them to make it worthwhile.
 
I just heard from ebay supplier vt12340 - he will start stocking the chrome mini tips in abt 3 weeks. Price will be the same as for his gold tips.
