Great I have fish and meat to process, 7 months worth of fire wood to gather, 2 hunts at least planed, another fly fishing trip and now it looks like I may have broken my thumb......first words out of my wifes mouth "But ya cant shoot a bow like that!"

She is going to have to do a good part of my work this fall now......and she knows it!

Yes gentelman you are looking at the luckiest guy in the world!

Well other than the thumb thing.

If you need someone to pull the trigger for ya, just saying
i take it you broke your left thumb if your a righty, (shooting your bow)
I used to shoot competion 3D archery for about 6 yrs until i got rearended at a stop light in 2004, that took the fire out of me, hav'nt been right since. :frown: Hope for a speedy recovery for ya.

Naw its the right one Harry. Hurts to have any wieght on the hand at all. Typing is a pain, I don't think I could draw the boys 10 pound long right now. Having a hell of a time getting my shoes tied!

I taught my self to do most things left handed after I broke my wrist but that was years ago.......I did manage to bag some materials and Gunther taped up the boxes but I can't write and I have banged my giant blue thumb into things I forgot we even owned!

If this hasn't improved dramatically by tomarow I'll have to do the drive to town.
