FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY!! David just called me from Australia. I recently posted a thread in the Penturning forum entitled "Instructions are Wrong", in which I stated I had problems with a Roman Harvest kit. We spoke at length and he gave me several tips and suggestions on what my problem may have been. That an international vendor would take the time to call "little ole me" leaves me humbled and very grateful for a lesson of what customer service is all about. I hope I am eloquent enough to convey what his call meant to me.

Yup, that's David for you and epitomises all that is good with customer service. I've received several calls from him and have appreciated every one of them. So much so that I exclusively buy all my pens from him.

Yes Timberbits never ceases to amaze me with their service. I live in Western Australia in a regional area and the service is always quick and of the highest quality. Cant speak highly enought of this supplier.
